Enter each component with its CAS number and percentage. The tool applies the additivity and summation rules to produce the mixture classification, signal word, pictograms, hazard statements and precautionary statements grouped as prevention, response, storage and disposal — then hands you a finished sixteen-section sheet in Word or PDF, under your own logo.
Health and environmental hazards are calculated. Physical hazards and Section 9 are not, and never can be. Section 9 is now estimated from the composition using named physical-chemistry methods — additive volumes for density, Raoult for vapour pressure, Le Chatelier for explosive limits, Refutas for viscosity — and each field shows the method used and how much of the mixture had data. Those are planning figures. Physical hazard classification under CLP and GHS still requires test data, so a calculated flash point cannot be used to classify: it tells you what to expect from the laboratory, not what to put on the label. pH is not calculable at all. Type a measured value into any field and it overrides the estimate.
The template is one workbook with two sheets. Product & Client runs across the page: one row of headings and one row of values covering the product name, ASIN, intended usage, restriction on use, the client's company details, dates and the emergency contact. Formula holds nothing but chemical name, CAS number and percentage, and the last row totals the column — it has to read 100. Classification is not asked for; the tool takes it from the substance library. Fill it in, save it, and drop it back here.

These go straight into Section 1 and the footer. Saved on this computer, so you only fill them in once and every future document reuses them.
The built-in list covers what recurs in fragrance and cosmetic work. It is not the whole of ECHA and cannot be — the C&L Inventory holds hundreds of thousands of notified entries and there is no way to query it from a browser page. Extend it instead: export from ECHA, from your own SDS library or from a supplier list, and import it below. Your entries are stored on this computer and override the built-in ones.
One substance per line: name, CAS, classification. Tab, pipe or comma separated.
The classification column is read by H-code first, then by class name. Example:

Entering a formula and seeing the calculated classification costs nothing. Producing a finished sheet — the research pass, the data lookups and the Word and PDF downloads — is charged per sheet. Choose how many you need, add translations if you want them, and pay once.
Use the order number from your confirmation email and the address you ordered with. Your allocations appear at the top of the page and are used as you go.
